This has been a pretty great weekend. First off, general conference!!! I always love to listen to the words and guidance of the prophet and leaders of the Church. I feel very inspired to be a better latter-day saint, wife, daughter, and friend. Saturday afternoon was a momentous occasion. Max got his first hair cut. JD and I decided to just do it ourselves, save a little bit of money and see if we could pass as dog groomers. I would give our overall effort a solid B.

He's cute : ) Although I do miss my scrappy dog, I know he'll shortly return to me.
To finish off our weekend, we had lunch at Native New Yorker with Ashley and Sam. It's always SO good to meet up with friends. Zoey pup and Max had an enjoyable afternoon beating each other up. Overall, a pretty good weekend. I know this is a really lame update, but soon I shall share pictures and stories of Oregon! Our trip is in 5 days and we can not wait!!
